Games Like Jojo's Fashion Show: 8 Style and Salon Games Its Fans Love
The clock is ticking, three models are waiting in their underwear, the theme is "Safari", and you have exactly one leopard-print skirt. That little burst of panic, and the satisfaction of nailing the look anyway, is why people still look for games like Jojo's Fashion Show years after they first played it.
We checked what Jojo's players on GameFools buy next. The answer was clear: they go straight for Sally, the stylist who runs salons, spas and studios around the world. Here are the eight games Jojo fans pick most, starting with the obvious.
First: Jojo's Own Sequels
If you have only played the original Jojo's Fashion Show, start here. In Jojo's Fashion Show 2: Las Cruces, Jojo and Rosalind team up on a joint fashion line, and for the first time you dress male models too. It adds an Endless mode with no time limit and a Dress Up mode where you can mix anything in the wardrobe just for fun.
Jojo's Fashion Show: World Tour takes the runway around the globe. Now you are working with a budget as well as a clock, building outfits around each country's trends with hundreds of levels to get through.
1. Sally's Salon
The game Jojo fans buy most. Sally's Salon trades the runway for a hair salon: you wash, cut, color and style clients across 50 levels, working your way from a shopping mall all the way to Hollywood.
Where Jojo asks "what looks good?", Sally asks "what order do I do this in?". Each client needs several stations, and the fun is keeping five people moving through them without anyone getting fed up. You hire staff and buy upgrades between levels too.
2. Sally's Spa
In Sally's Spa, Sally grows a modest wellness spa into a destination with locations around the world. You seat guests, move them between treatments and keep them happy before their patience runs out, while upgrading equipment and hiring helpers for the busy waves.
It plays a lot like Sally's Salon, with gentler music and a more relaxed mood. If you liked the first, this is an easy second.
3. Sally's Studio
Sally's Studio swaps beauty for fitness. Sally leads yoga, toning and dance classes around the world, and you keep appointments moving, answer requests and earn hearts and tips to grow the studio.
It is the most energetic of the Sally games, with a rhythm that feels a little closer to Jojo's quick decisions than the salon does.
4. Sally's Salon: Beauty Secrets
The later Sally games add a story, and Beauty Secrets is a romance. Sally travels the world with her friend François searching for her lost love, Julio, running salons along the way. Between clients you do hairstyling, facials, makeup and nail art.
If you liked choosing outfits in Jojo, the makeup and nail art will feel like home. This is the pick for players who want a story with their styling.
5. Sally's Salon: Kiss and Make-Up
Sally and François again, this time in a brand new spa where things get gloriously silly. Kiss and Make-Up has 60 levels plus 28 bonus challenges, and a story full of love, danger and a fair bit of absurdity.
Next to Beauty Secrets, it leans more into comedy. Play Beauty Secrets first if you want to follow the story in order.
6. Sally's Quick Clips
The odd one out in the Sally family. Sally's Quick Clips is a puzzle game, not a salon sim: you collect scissors, dryers and hair color to give each client the look they want, competing for the big prize on a TV styling show.
It is the closest Sally gets to Jojo's "match the look" challenge, and a nice break if you want something calmer than running a salon.
7. Nanny Mania
Jojo fans love this one too. In Nanny Mania you run a busy household of four kids and two parents, cleaning messes, cooking meals and doing laundry before the clock runs out.
No fashion here, but the same pressure of lots of little jobs and not enough time. Choose it when you want a change of scene.
8. Dream Day Wedding
A different kind of game, but it makes sense: Dream Day Wedding has you finding the perfect dress, flowers and cake for Jenny's big day in hidden object scenes, while choosing how she and Robert met and how he proposed.
If what you loved about Jojo was picking the perfect dress, this lets you do it with no clock at all.
How These Compare to Jojo's Fashion Show
Jojo is about taste under pressure: there is no single right outfit, just a good one made fast. The Sally salon and spa games keep the pressure but change the question from "what" to "in what order", so you are routing clients between stations instead of picking clothes. Beauty Secrets and Kiss and Make-Up add stories, Quick Clips turns styling into a puzzle, and Dream Day takes the clock away entirely. If you liked the creative choices most, go for Beauty Secrets or Dream Day. If you liked the rush most, try Sally's Salon or Sally's Studio.
